If you are up to 1.73 meters (5 feet 8 inches) tall, a 65 cm ball is recommended.

If you are taller than 1.73 meters (5 feet 8 inches), a 75 cm ball is suitable.

When seated on the ball, your knees should be approximately 10 cm (4 inches) lower than your hips.

Sitting: Sit on the ball with feet shoulder-width apart, moving side to side or in circular motions to encourage pelvic flexibility.
